We make handcrafted products specially on order, therefore we cannot allow refunds/exchanges, unless you receive a damaged product due to transit, or a wrong product sent by our team.
In the rare cases you receive a damaged or wrong product, kindly email a photo within 2 days of receiving your product. Email should be sent to email@example.com, with title as “Return/Exchange Request”.
If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwise we will not be able to accept a return.
No exchanges or refunds are accepted in case of minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of handcrafting process and beyond control of our craftsmen.
Gift cards are non returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 – 12 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often 10-12 days processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, the sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Sometimes it may not be possible to exchange the same item, in such cases any other item may be offered of the same value.
Shipping in case of return/ exchange
We will update you about the address the item is to be shipped to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. No claims can be made till the item is received by us along with the original undamaged packaging.
Cancellation can only be done if such request is received within 6 hours of purchase or before dispatch of item, whichever is earlier.
In case any item is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled in any condition whatsoever.
